Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Alakh Web Solutions, including but not limited to web designing and development, digital marketing, graphic designing, video editing, social media management, business promotion, offline and online courses, and online branding services. By availing of our services, you agree to these terms.

1. General Terms

• Services provided will be as per the quotation agreed upon by both parties.
• Any additional features, amendments, or services requested after the project discussion will be chargeable.
• No refunds will be provided once the project has started.

2. Website Development Services

• We provide website design and development services with a minimum of 50% advance payment, and the remaining must be paid before making the website live.
• The timeline for website completion depends on the project size:
  • Small websites: 5 to 10 days
  • Large websites: More than 10 days
• Only minor modifications and changes are included in the project.
• Theme changes or complete website recreation will be chargeable.
• Technical support, malware protection, and maintenance are included for six months. After that, a yearly maintenance package will be required.
• If the website theme gets corrupted, no support will be provided.

3. Digital Marketing Services

• SEO results may take a minimum of 45 days; results depend on Google algorithms and business competition.
• No refunds will be provided if the website ranking does not improve within 45 days.
• Weekly reports will be provided on a pre-decided weekday.
• A maximum of one or two extra banners can be provided beyond what is mentioned in the quotation.

4. Social Media & Video Editing Services

• Social media banner uploads, reels, and profile creation for Facebook & Instagram are complementary and will be done only after project finalization.
• All raw content for video editing and reels must be provided by the client.
• Only modifications are allowed in existing videos; complete recreation is chargeable.

5. Google, Facebook & Instagram Ads

• Leads and sales depend on competition and budget.
• Our role is to create and manage ad campaigns; we do not guarantee a specific number of leads or sales.

6. E-Commerce Website Development

• Complete e-commerce setup includes website design and multiple payment gateway options.
• Amazon and Flipkart product uploads or account creation are not included.
• Google listing, Facebook page creation, and Instagram page creation (with limited followers and likes) along with 3-4 banners are complementary.
• If the client does not require these complementary services, the project price remains unchanged.

7. Courses (Online and Offline)

7.1 Enrollment and Fees:

• Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment or the first installment. All fees are non-refundable unless the course is canceled by Alakh Web Solutions.

7.2 Course Content and Use:

• All course material, including videos and documents, is for personal use only and cannot be reproduced, shared, or resold.
• Online course access is time-bound and will be deactivated after the specified period.

7.3 Certification and Support:

• Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of the course, where applicable.
• Support for online course participants is available via email at info@alakhweb.com.

8. Payment and Refunds

8.1 Payment Terms:
Payments must be made as per the terms mentioned in the contract. Delays in payment may result in suspension of services or additional late fees.

8.2 Refund Policy:
Refunds will not be provided for services rendered or courses once delivered, except in cases where services or courses are canceled by Alakh Web Solutions.

9. Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Limitation of Liability:
Alakh Web Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, interruptions, or errors in the services provided.

9.2 Force Majeure:
The company is not responsible for delays or failure to provide services due to events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, technical failures, or government restrictions.
