Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

At Alakh Web Solutions, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for our web designing, development, digital marketing services, and training programs.

2. Service-Specific Policies

A. Web Designing and Development Services

1. Project Cancellation by Client

   • If the client wishes to cancel the project before the work has commenced, a full refund will be provided.
   • If the project is canceled after work has commenced but before completion, the client will be billed for the hours worked up to the cancellation date. The remaining balance will be refunded.

2. Project Cancellation by Alakh Web Solutions

   • If Alakh Web Solutions cancels the project for any reason, a full refund will be provided, including any upfront payments.

3. Refund Requests

   • Refund requests must be made in writing within 14 days of project completion if the client is unsatisfied with the delivered work. Valid reasons must be provided for the dissatisfaction.

B. Digital Marketing Services

1. Service Cancellation by Client

   • Digital marketing services can be canceled with a 30-day written notice. Services provided up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.
   • No refunds will be given for services already rendered or ongoing campaigns within the 30-day notice period.

2. Service Cancellation by Alakh Web Solutions

   • If Alakh Web Solutions cancels the service, a pro-rata refund will be provided for the remaining period of the contract.

3. Refund Requests

   • Refund requests for digital marketing services must be made in writing within 7 days of the issue arising. All efforts will be made to rectify the issue before a refund is considered.

C. Training Programs (Offline and Online)

1. Cancellation by Participant

   • Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 14 days before the start of the training program.
   • For cancellations made less than 14 days before the start of the training program, a 50% refund will be provided.
   • No refunds will be provided once the training program has commenced.

2. Cancellation by Alakh Web Solutions

   • If a training program is canceled by Alakh Web Solutions, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.

3. Refund Requests

   • Refund requests must be made in writing and are subject to review on a case-by-case basis.

3. General Terms

• Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees such as domain registration, third-party services, and software licenses are non-refundable.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the approval of the request.
• Payment Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.
