By availing of our services, you agree to these terms.

1. General Provisions

1.1 Scope of Services:
Alakh Web Solutions provides web design & development, digital marketing, graphic design, reels & video editing, social media management, business promotion services, and both online and offline courses. Services will be delivered as per the agreed proposal or contract.

1.2 Client Obligations:
The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and feedback within the timelines specified to ensure timely completion of the project.

1.3 Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior consent.

2. Service-Specific Terms

2.1 Web Designing and Development Services:

• A detailed project scope, timeline, and payment terms will be provided at the start of the project.
• Revisions are limited as per the proposal, and additional revisions will be charged extra.
• Ownership of the design and code is transferred upon full payment, except for third-party licensed components.

2.2 Digital Marketing and Social Media Services:

• Performance of campaigns depends on various external factors and cannot be guaranteed. Alakh Web Solutions will provide its best efforts to achieve agreed-upon goals.
• Reports and analytics will be shared periodically.

2.3 Graphic Design, Reels, and Video Editing Services:

• Deliverables will be as per the approved brief. Revisions outside the agreed scope will incur additional charges.
• All content provided must comply with copyright laws.

2.4 Business Promotion and Branding Services:

• Campaign strategies will be customized per client requirements. Success metrics will vary based on market conditions and audience engagement.

3. Courses (Online and Offline)

3.1 Enrollment and Fees:

• Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment or the first installment. All fees are non-refundable unless the course is canceled by Alakh Web Solutions.

3.2 Course Content and Use:

• All course material, including videos and documents, is for personal use only and cannot be reproduced, shared, or resold.
• Online course access is time-bound and will be deactivated after the specified period.

3.3 Certification and Support:

• Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of the course, where applicable.
• Support for online course participants is available via email at info@alakhweb.com.

4. Payment and Refunds

4.1 Payment Terms:
Payments must be made as per the terms mentioned in the contract. Delays in payment may result in suspension of services or additional late fees.

4.2 Refund Policy:
Refunds will not be provided for services rendered or courses once delivered, except in cases where services or courses are canceled by Alakh Web Solutions.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

5.1 Limitation of Liability:
Alakh Web Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, interruptions, or errors in the services provided.

5.2 Force Majeure:
The company is not responsible for delays or failure to provide services due to events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, technical failures, or government restrictions.
